Hi!!!!!! My name is Jeri and I’m in recovery! Addiction is hard and scary BUT there is hope and I shouldn’t be alive to tell my story BUT I am and I want to be there for anyone who is struggling. So first, I am a mom of 5 amazing kids I have 2 little ones that are with me all the time and i truly am blessed to have my kids and family still in my life. So, I want to start blogging and inspire other people that there is hope and never give up. I don’t want to sit back and just wait for someone else to help…..I want to dive in encourage people b/c if your like me I need to see. So here it goes……I have struggled with alcohol for a long time, I’m 39 years old and this is my second go around getting sober BUT this time it clicked and it’s different. So I want to share what worked for me and just be there for someone. I have read many books this past year and by far my favorite is Max Lucado! He said once in his book, Your failures are not fatal and I live by that b/c if it clicked for me I know it will touch someone else too. Your failures are not fatal, it’s not that God loves what he did, But he loves YOU!!!!!!!!! Don’t give up! If you fail, get back up and try again!
